However, in the case of the activation of the IP anonymisation on this website, your IP address will be truncated by Google within EU Member States or in other states of the European Economic Area. Only in exceptional cases will the full IP address be transferred to a Google server in the US and truncated there. On the behalf of the provider of this website, Google will use this information to evaluate your use of the website, to compile reports on website activity, and to provide other services related to the use of the website and the Internet with respect to the website operator.
(2) The IP address provided by Google Analytics from your Internet browser will not be merged with other Google data.

Use of scalable central measurement procedure (SZM)
1) Our website uses the measuring procedure (“SZMnG”) of INFOnline GmbH ( https://www.infonline.de) to determine statistical parameters on the use of our offers. Based on a uniform standard procedure, the aim of the measurement is to statistically determine the intensity of use, the number of users of a website and their surfing behaviour and thus obtain comparable values across the market.
For web offers that are members of Informationsgemeinschaft zur Feststellung der Verbreitung von Werbeträgern e. V. (IVW – http://www.ivw.eu) or that take part in the studies of Arbeitsgemeinschaft Online-Forschung e. V. (AGOF – http://www.agof.de), the usage statistics are regularly published by AGOF, Arbeitsgemeinschaft Media-Analyse e. V. (agma – http://www.agma-mmc.de) and IVW and can be viewed on the respective websites.
(1) Data processing
INFOnline GmbH collects and processes data in accordance with the German data protection law. Technical and organisational measures ensure that individual users cannot be identified at any time. Data that may be related to a particular, identifiable person will be anonymised as soon as possible.
i) IP address anonymisation
On the Internet, each data transmitting device requires a unique address, the so-called IP address. At least a temporary storage of the IP address is technically necessary due to the functioning of the Internet. The IP addresses are shortened before every processing and processed only anonymously. Full IP addresses are not stored nor processed.
ii) Geo-localisation up to the level of the federal states/regions
A so-called geo-localisation, i.e. the assignment of a website retrieval to a certain places, takes place exclusively on the basis of anonymised IP addresses and only up to the geographical level of the federal states/regions. In no case can a conclusion be drawn on the specific place of residence of a user from the geographic information obtained in this way.
iii) Identification number of the device
To alternatively recognise computer systems, the measurement uses either a cookie with the “ioam.de” identifier, a “local storage object” or an anonymous signature, which is created from various automatically transmitted information from your browser. The validity of the cookie is limited to a maximum of 1 year.
iv) Login ID
To measure the distributed use (use of a service by different devices), the user ID, if available, can be transmitted to INFOnline on login as an anonymous check sum.
(2) Erasure
The saved usage operations will be deleted after 7 months at the latest.
(3) Objection
If you do not want to participate in the measurement, you can object to it under the following link: http://optout.ioam.de
Further information on data protection in the measurement process can be found on the website of INFOnline GmbH ( https://www.infonline.de), which operates the measurement process, on the data protection website of AGOF ( http://www.agof.de/datenschutz ) and the data protection website of IVW ( http://www.ivw.eu).
2) We use the SZM procedure to analyse and regularly improve the use of our website. Using the statistics, we can improve our offer and make it more interesting for you as a user. Legal basis for the use of the SZM procedure is Art. 6 (1) p. 1 f) GDPR.
Data protection policy for social media
Use of social media plug-ins
1) We currently use the following social media plug-ins: [Facebook, Google+, Twitter, Xing, T3N, LinkedIn, Flattr]. We use the so-called double click solution. In other words, when you visit our website, no personal data is initially passed on to the providers of the plug-ins. The provider of the plug-in can be identified by the marking on the box, i.e. initial letter or logo. We give you the opportunity to communicate directly with the provider of the plug-in via the button. Only if you click on the marked field and activate it, the plug-in provider receives the information that you have accessed the corresponding website of our online service. In addition, the data mentioned under § 3 of this declaration will be transmitted. According to the respective providers in Germany, the IP address is anonymized immediately after collection by Facebook and Xing. By activating the plug-in, personal data will be transmitted by you to the respective plug-in provider and stored there (in the USA for US providers). Since the plug-in provider carries out the data collection, in particular via cookies, we recommend that you delete all cookies via the security settings of your browser before clicking on the greyed-out box.
2) We have no influence on the collected data and data processing operations, nor are we aware of the full extent of data collection, the purpose of the processing, the retention periods. We also have no information on the erasure of data collected by the plug-in provider.
3) The plug-in provider stores the data collected on you as usage profiles and uses them for the purposes of advertising, market research and/or tailor-made website design. Such evaluation is done particularly (even for users who are not logged in) to provide appropriate advertising and to inform other users of the social network about their activities on our website. You have the right to object to the creation of these user profiles. To assert this right, you must contact the respective plug-in provider. The plug-ins give you the opportunity to interact with the social networks and other users, so that we can improve our offer and make it more interesting for you as a user. Legal basis for the use of the plug-in is Art. 6 (1) p. 1 f) GDPR.
4) The data transfer takes place regardless of whether you have an account with the plug-in provider and are logged in there. If you are logged in with the plug-in provider, your data collected from us will be assigned directly to your existing account with the plug-in provider. If you press the activated button and e.g. link the page, the plug-in provider also stores this information in your user account and communicates it to your contacts publicly. We recommend logging out regularly after using a social network, but especially before activating the button, as this will prevent you from being assigned to your profile with the plug-in provider.
5) For more information on the purpose and scope of data collection and processing by the plug-in provider, please refer to the privacy statements of these providers below. There you will also find further information about your rights and settings options for the protection of your privacy.

We have no influence on the collected data and data processing operations, nor are we aware of the full extent of data collection, the purpose of the processing, the retention periods. We also have no information on the erasure of data collected by the plug-in provider.
3) The plug-in provider stores the data as usage profiles and uses them for the purposes of advertising, market research and/or tailor-made website design. Such evaluation is done particularly (even for users who are not logged in) to provide appropriate advertising and to inform other users of the social network about their activities on our website. You have the right to object to the creation of these user profiles. To assert this right, you must contact the respective plug-in provider.
4) If you choose not to participate in this process, you may opt out of data collection and storage at any time by setting an opt-out cookie with future effect: http://www.addthis.com/privacy/opt-out . Alternatively, you can set your browser to prevent a cookie from being stored.

We are interested in showing you advertisements that may be of interest to you in order to make our website more appealing. To do so, we collect statistical information about you and have it processed by our advertising partners. These ads can be recognised by the “Google ads” reference.
2) By visiting our website, Google receives the information that you accessed our websites. Google uses a web beacon to save a cookie on your computer. The data mentioned under § 3 of this declaration will be transmitted. We have no influence on the collected data, nor are we aware of the full extent of data collection and the retention period. Your data will be transmitted to the USA and evaluated there. If you are logged in with your Google account, your data can be assigned directly to it. If you do not want to be associated with your Google profile, you will have to log out. It is possible that these data may be shared with Google’s contractors, third parties and government agencies. Legal basis for the processing of your data is Art. 6 (1) p. 1 f) GDPR. [EITHER: This website does not display third-party ads through Google AdSense.] [OR: This website also enables Google AdSense ads from third-parties. The above data may be transferred to these third parties (named at https://support.google.com/dfp_sb/answer/94149 ).]

Use of Google Adwords Conversion
1) We use the services of Google Adwords to draw attention to our attractive offers with the help of advertising materials (so-called Google Adwords) on external websites. In relation to the data of the advertising campaigns, we can determine how successful the individual advertising measures are. We are interested in showing you advertisements that may be of interest to you in order to make our website more appealing and to achieve a fair calculation of advertising costs.
2) These advertising materials are supplied by Google via the so-called “Ad servers”. To do this, we use ad server cookies, which measure certain performance metrics such as displaying the ads or user clicks. If you access our website through a Google ad, Google Adwords will save a cookie on your PC. These cookies usually lose their validity after 30 days and are not intended to identify you personally. This cookie will typically use the unique cookie ID, number of ad impressions per placement (frequency), last impression (relevant to post-view conversions), and opt-out information (note that the user does no longer want to be addressed).
3) These cookies allow Google to recognise your Internet browser. If a user visits certain pages of an Adwords customer’s website and the cookie stored on their computer has not expired, Google and the customer will be able to detect that the user clicked on the ad and was redirected to that page. Each Adwords customer is assigned a different cookie. Cookies cannot be tracked via the websites of Adwords customers. We do not collect nor process any personal data in the aforementioned advertising measures. We only receive statistical evaluations provided by Google. On the basis of these evaluations, we can identify which of the advertising measures used are particularly effective. We do not receive any further data from the use of the advertising material, in particular we can not identify the users on the basis of this information.
4) Due to the marketing tools used, your browser automatically establishes a direct connection to the Google server. We have no control over the extent and further use of the data, collected by this tool by Google and inform you therefore according to our knowledge level: By including AdWords conversion, Google receives the information that you have accessed the relevant part of our website or have clicked on an ad from us. If you are registered with a service provided by Google, Google may associate the visit with your account. Even if you are not registered with Google or have not logged in, there is a chance that the provider will find and store your IP address.
5) You can prevent your participation in this tracking procedure in various ways: a) by setting your browser software accordingly, in particular, the rejection of third-party cookies will prevent you from receiving any third party advertisements; b) by deactivating cookies for conversion tracking, by setting your browser to block cookies from the domain “www.googleadservices.com”, http://www.google.com/settings/ads , this setting will be deleted when you delete your cookies; c) by deactivating interest-based ads of the providers that are part of the “About Ads” self-regulation campaign via the following link http://www.aboutads.info/choices , this setting will be deleted when you delete your cookies; d) by permanently deactivating these cookies in your browsers: Firefox, Internet Explorer or Google Chrome via the following link http://www.google.com/settings/ads/plugin . 6) Legal basis for the processing of your data is Art. 6 (1) p. 1 f) GDPR. For more information about privacy at Google, see http://www.google.com/policies/privacy and https://services.google.com/sitestats.html . Google is now subject to the EU-US Privacy Shield, https://www.privacyshield.gov/EU-US-Framework .
Remarketing
In addition to Adwords conversion, we use the Google remarketing application. This is a process we would like to address you with again. This application allows you to see our ads after visiting our website as you continue to use the Internet. This is done by means of cookies stored in your browser, through which your usage behaviour is recorded and evaluated by Google when visiting various websites. This is how Google knows about your previous visit to our website. According to Google, the data collected during remarketing are not combined with your personal data which may be stored by Google. In particular, according to Google, pseudonymisation is used in remarketing.
DoubleClick by Google
1) This website also uses the online marketing tool DoubleClick by Google. DoubleClick uses cookies to display ads that are relevant to users, to improve campaign performance reports, or to prevent a user from seeing the same ads multiple times. Google uses a cookie ID to determine which ads are running in which browser and can prevent them from being displayed multiple times. In addition, DoubleClick uses cookie IDs to track conversions related to ad requests. For example, if a user sees a DoubleClick ad and later goes to the advertiser’s website with the same browser and buys something. According to Google, DoubleClick cookies do not contain personally identifiable information.
2) Due to the marketing tools used, your browser automatically establishes a direct connection to the Google server. We have no control over the extent and further use of the data, collected by this tool by Google and inform you therefore according to our knowledge level: By including DoubleClick, Google receives the information that you have accessed the relevant part of our website or have clicked on an ad from us. If you are registered with a service provided by Google, Google may associate the visit with your account. Even if you are not registered with Google or have not logged in, there is a chance that the provider will find and store your IP address.

4) Legal basis for the processing of your data is Art. 6 (1) p. 1 f) GDPR. To learn more about DoubleClick by Google, visit https://www.google.com/doubleclick and http://support.google.com/adsense/answer/2839090 , and Google’s privacy policy in general: https://www.google.com/policies/privacy . This happens regardless of whether Google provides a user account that you are logged in to, or if there is no user account. When you are logged in to Google, your data will be assigned directly to your account. If you do not wish to be associated with your profile on Google, you must log out before activating the button. Google stores your data as usage profiles and uses them for the purposes of advertising, market research and/or tailor-made website design. Such evaluation is done particularly (even for users who are not logged in) to provide appropriate advertising and to inform other users of the social network about their activities on our website. You have the right to object to the creation of these user profiles. To assert this right, you must contact Google.
3) For more information on the purpose and scope of data collection and processing by the plug-in provider, please refer to the privacy statement of the provider. Google Analytics uses the so-called “cookies”, text files which are stored on your computer and which allow an analysis of your usage of the website The information about your website usage generated by the cookie is generally transferred to a Google server in the USA and stored there.

3) The plug-in provider stores the data as usage profiles and uses them for the purposes of advertising, market research and/or tailor-made website design. You have the right to object to the creation of these user profiles. To assert this right, you must contact the respective plug-in provider.

Remarketing
In addition to Adwords conversion, we use the Google remarketing application. This is a process we would like to address you with again. This application allows you to see our ads after visiting our website as you continue to use the Internet.
